ARJES EKOMAXX 800
The ARJES EKOMAXX 800 is a high-performance mobile single-shaft shredder designed for efficient pre-shredding and volume reduction across a wide range of waste and recyclable materials. Combining a powerful drive system with intelligent control technology, it delivers consistent performance, excellent efficiency and low operating costs for waste management companies, recycling facilities and biomass processors.
Available as either a 310 kW (422 HP) Volvo Penta Stage V diesel-powered model or a fully electric compartmentalised version, the EKOMAXX 800 can be configured to suit both mobile operations and fixed-site recycling facilities.
Suitable for processing construction & demolition waste, commercial & industrial waste, household waste, waste wood, green waste, biomass, waste tyres, paper & cardboard, plastic waste and lightweight scrap metal, the EKOMAXX 800 delivers reliable, high-capacity shredding with maximum uptime.
Available Power Options
Diesel Version Mounted on a heavy-duty crawler track chassis, the Stage V diesel model offers excellent on-site mobility and complete operating independence. Ideal for remote locations, demolition projects and operators who need to move the machine regularly.
Compartmentalised Electric Version The fully electric model features a compartmentalised design, separating the power unit from the shredding unit. Designed for sites with an electrical supply, it offers lower noise levels, zero on-site emissions and reduced running costs, making it ideal for urban recycling centres, transfer stations and other noise-sensitive environments.
