The UFKES 962 from the Greentec Forest Line is a robust, trailed wood chipper built for heavy-duty applications. With a massive infeed opening and advanced feed/venturi system, it delivers exceptional performance across biomass, roadside clearance, timber, and municipal operations. Designed with serviceability and operator comfort in mind, the 962 is available in wheeled, motorway ready, or tracked configurations, optionally equipped with a Palfinger crane.

Powerful drum & knives – 960 × 930 mm drum with 6 knives and adjustable solid blades (up to 34 mm) for clean, consistent chips. 

Advanced feed rollers – Dual infeed rollers plus two side rollers with Poclain hydraulic motors ensure secure, efficient feeding and minimal dead space. 

Venturi blower & tilting discharge – Integrated blower paired with hydraulic, worm‑wheel swivel chute improves ejection performance and maintenance access. 

Operator comfort & control – Includes hydraulic folding infeed table, GCS touchscreen or radio control, and optional XXL cab with heating and lighting.
