Doppstadt SWS 6 Spiral Shaft Separator Coming Soon to Doyle Machinery
The next generation of separation technology is coming to the UK and Ireland
Doyle Machinery is excited to announce the upcoming arrival of the new Doppstadt SWS 6 Spiral Shaft Separator an innovative new machine designed to tackle difficult material streams with efficient, reliable separation.
Developed by Doppstadt, the SWS 6 combines patented spiral shaft technology with exceptional mobility and integrated air separation, providing operators with a versatile solution for demanding recycling and waste-processing applications.
Tackling difficult materials with confidence
Processing difficult, fibrous or bulky materials can often result in blockages, wrapping and inconsistent screening performance.
The SWS 6 has been engineered to address these challenges.
Its patented spiral shaft technology continuously helps to keep the screening area clear, reducing the risk of material wrapping and blockages while maintaining a consistent separation process.
The result is a machine designed to keep material moving and help operators maximise uptime.
Built for mobility
The SWS 6 isn’t designed to stay in one place.
Mounted on a tracked chassis, the machine can be moved around challenging sites and repositioned where it is needed. Remote-controlled movement further increases flexibility, helping operators relocate the machine without relying on additional loading equipment.
For recycling, construction and waste-processing operations where site conditions and material locations can change, this level of mobility can make a significant difference.
Integrated air separation
Another key feature of the SWS 6 is its integrated air separation capability.
As material is distributed across the spiral shafts, lighter fractions can be separated as part of the processing operation. This provides operators with additional separation capability without necessarily requiring a separate air-separation machine.
That means greater flexibility when designing a processing setup and the potential to recover more value from challenging waste streams.
Part of a modular approach
The SWS 6 can be used as a standalone separator or incorporated into a larger processing solution.
Its compatibility with Doppstadt’s modular processing concept means it can be combined with other equipment to create a system tailored to the material being processed and the requirements of the individual operation.
Whether used independently or as part of a wider recycling line, the SWS 6 offers operators another option for improving separation performance and processing efficiency.
