ENVA, Tilbury Docks NEW TITAN 900

Many thanks to Enva Wood Recyclers for the recent purchase of the Arjes TITAN 900. This powerful machine was incorporated into their processing plant to shred waste wood down to 100ml biomass product for export.

Our dedicated Area Sales Manager, Patrick King, has nurtured a strong bond with Steve at Enva. He was thrilled to collaborate with him, understanding the company’s objectives and fulfilling their needs.

Steve Greenwood shared his thoughts: “Enva has worked with Doyle/Arjes for some years using two Arjes VZ850 shredders at Tilbury producing circa 100kt of quality biomass fed stock per year.

It came time to upgrade the oldest machine at Tilbury, originally purchased in 2018 as new. It was fully supported by the aftersales and service departments at Doyle Machinery throughout its service.

Following extensive trials, research, and development with the team at Tilbury headed by the Production Manager, Graham Littlewood, working closely with Doyle’s engineering team and Patrick King, Enva placed an order for a New Arjes 900 in February 2024. Two weeks ahead of the original arrival date Enva took delivery of a new Arjes 900 shredder.

In May 2024, following a short commissioning, the Arjes 900 was introduced to the production line, enhancing the throughput and quality of the finished product. Using the adjustable combes, flexible setting, quick-change breaker bars and shaft cassettes on the machine allows the production team to produce a variety of finished products to Enva customer-specific specifications with very little machine downtime.”
