Andy Potts got back to me straight away, providing all the information I needed before visiting our site to assess our requirements. Andy quickly arranged a demonstration, and after a successful two-day trial, we were so impressed with the machine that we purchased it on the spot. Since then, both Andy and Charlie in service have always been at the end of the phone to answer any questions or provide support whenever needed.
